Mike brings a passion to the field of alternative dispute resolution, helping folks find creative solutions to seemingly intractable problems. He’s been a published scholar on the topic, performed empirical studies on the best time in the life of a lawsuit to mediate (after paper discovery and party depositions, but before experts and third-party depositions, in case you were curious), and mediated countless cases over the last twenty years. In addition, Mike’s a past AAA arbitrator, and has acted in that role in numerous hearings over the years.
