Civil Appeals

Mike argued his first case before the Florida First District Court of Appeals in his first year of practice (and prevailed), and has since accumulated significant experience in the state and federal appellate courts, including three oral arguments in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Appellate advocacy remains a significant facet of Mike's practice, including appeals of final orders, interlocutory appeals, and writ petitions.
