Litigation over estate planning issues has become a significant part of Mike’s practice over the years, with Mike representing both personal representatives and beneficiaries (some happy, some less so) in will contests that often center on issues of capacity and undue influence. With the addition of his post-graduate tax work at NYU, Mike also offers estate planning services that are enhanced by the years he’s spent litigating what can go wrong in an estate plan.
